Then We...

went to Yankee Candle for more Halloween stuff. Here I am in a coffin. And at lunch I got a picture of my dad with George Washington. My dad's named George too! Pleae note that they both have the same cranky look. Maybe it is something with the name.

Magic Wings

My parents and I went to Magic Wings, an indoor butterfly conservatory, today! It was a lot of fun, we got to see many species of butterflies, insects, birds and tropical plants. All in all today was much less hellish than usual! My dad makes his blog debut here, and you can see where I get my Hollywood goods looks in the family portrait. It is hot and humid in the butterfly place, so my hair is freaking huge.

I passed the written driving test!!!!!

I was nervous when I got to the DMV this morning, but I should not have worried. I passed the written part of my test and got scheduled for October for the road test. Mom took me to Friendly's for a celebratory grilled cheese and ice cream! Check out my very grown up Monster Mash ice cream!

Farm Stand Part I

This is the first of many farm stands my mother has/will be dragging me to. I could not get a picture of me with the melons ( I mean really the humor is baked into that one), because it was so freaking busy! It should be noted that my father refers to this one as the "yuppy" farm stand and feels it is too upscale. My mom likes it since it is also a vineyard.

Geezer Watch!

I am trying to marry an old rich person a la Anna Nicole Smith. Every week I take my mom to a retirement home for physical thereapy for her knee. I have not had any takers for my hand, but the ladies there let me use their Wii. Who knew I was sooo good at hula hooping? I really am gifted! Afterwards I get iced down with my mom. After seeing these pictures of ourselves my mom and I emptied all of the junk food from the house.

Nanny and Toad together :)

While I was taking a load of veggies to the compst heap, I ran into a little toad. He was about an inch long and really cute. He was camera shy, so the pictures are not great, but you get the idea.

It was explained to me that Tantil, aka Tonya was "disappointed" with my party pics, so here are more. sadly, my camera batteries crapped out on me half way through, so sorrrrryyyy!

And one more cute Diego picture..

Here he is after his big party. Asleep.

A few of my favorite village things....

Here are a few of my favorite Village spots! Ahh the call of Lenny's sandwichs....

I slept with real dogs this past weekend.....

Yupper, canines, not men. Here are Gertie, who would wake me with kisses in the middle of the night, Frankie who hid and Diego who, well frankly, humped a sock next to me while I slept. I love him much, but for some reason her gets satan eyes in pictures....sorry Ronni and peepstone!

Getting to see the 13th street crew

Here are my 13th street family. Not all of 'em, I was too busy crying with happiness to get pictures of everyone.

Party Helpers

No party happens without help, and I too was roped into it! Just kidding, anything for my Diego. Here we all are at the assembly line working (like at home, only more fun!) I finally stopped cutting out Diego pictures and hung out witht the real thing.

Parrrr-tay!!!!!!

Hi All! I got to go home to 13th street this weekend. Not only did I get to see my friends, my dogs and my hangouts, I got to go to Diego's 11th Birthday Party. It was a great fete, complete with Diego themed cookies, cakes, pinatas, a poem and decorations. It was a fitting honoring of our favorite peepstone boy!
