Peach Cake Experement

So, I have been finding tons of peach cake recipes in my cook book travels.  Since the farmer's market is open, I am going to be making a few of these suckers.  Here is number one, from The Beekman 1802 Heirloom Cookbook.  It was delicious, with a cardamon twist.  First I was a little confused since I think of it as a fall spice, but the next day after the cake settled it was amazing.  Next up will be Hugh Acheson's peach cake made in a cast iron skillet.

My dad ate two thirds of it in a day.

Funny story, my mom said "They don't look like brothers and it is rare that they would both be gay."  "Mom, they are not brothers.  They are married."
