Ghostly Lawn
It took me a while, but I have finally put out most of the Halloween decorations. This year's additions include ghost lights, ghost stake lights, pumpkin stake lights and ghost metal thing. the wind has taken a toll on our graveyard (my mom won't let me get real headstones) and on the ghosts on the liliac tree. Everything lights up, but night time pictures don't come out as well. I will try to take a few later on.... but it is really cold and windy today. All in all I like to think of it as my very own ode to the West Village in October.

More Salem
Here are some shots from the House of the Seven Gables, the inspiration for Nathanal Hawthorne's book. To be honest, I never read it, it took all I had to get through the Scarlett Letter. I tried to get pictures of all seven gables, but it was rough getting around. Plus I thought the house would be a lot bigger.

Salem
My mom and I went on our first overnight trip together! Our destination for the big occasion? Salem Massachutes. We had a lot of fun and did a ton of walking (my legs are sooo sore today) and got to see some of the sights. I wish we had more time there, but alas, baby steps for my mom and vacations.
Here are some fun pictures of our adventure!

Charlie is finally here!
After many months on the vine, Charlie, my first pumpkin child, is here! It was an easy labor and he weighs in at 5 pounds 6 ounces. His circumfrence is 24 inches! I could not be prouder and my mother could not be more thrilled if he were a human baby. He is a welcome addition to the family and well worth the wait. We expect three more soon!
